You've got a good team here, and Metagross can kasplode on Blaziken.
Only edits:

Donphan's HP Rock should be replaced with Rock Slide, it may lose accuracy but the flinching is worth it.

If a fire type is brought into the fight it can take out Metagross and Hera and let Umbreons toxify your team,
so look out for that.

Other than that I see nothing else to edit, so good luck.

HP Ice has been on zapdos since CB sala really owns this team, and hera can somewhat take care of swampert anyway. Without Facade on hera, weezing would love this team as well. Donphan is really slow and will never flinch anything, so HP rock. lol toxic umbreon. Thanks for the replies though.

Lately, faster celebis has been giving this team some major problems. Any ideas to solve this problem?

Brice Break>Facade for hera. How do faster celebis give you problems? Celebi can't do sh*t to gross. If you really hate faster celebis, get in forry>Donphan or duggy>gross or something.

Then predict or risk it. Will-o-Wisp is one of the only reasons to use Weezing, and your team can own Heracross and Milotic. Seriously, only use Flamethrower if you have serious Gross and Skarm problems (which you don't).

Meteor Mash already OHKOs the little *******, Pursuit is only handy in ubers with Deoxys-FR and Sheddy. Should use T-Punch for Skarm or Rock Slide for those nasty Metal Sound Zappy (Metal Sound does **** with Clear Body).

fire type switches in on hera, hera switches out, also no one worth battling uses toxic umbreon as it sucks

also btw non CB Meteor Mash does NOT ohko gengar whoever said it, and it'll just switch out

Donphan rock okay ; ) Celebi seeds gross on the switch and stalls it to death, so yeah. But since i barely see any celebis with 296 speed, i guess i shouldnt be too worried about it. I changed HP Ice for HP grass on zappy to beat pert. Thanks for all the help so far.

I suppose HP Ice is allright, up to you..
but Facade won't **** on weezing anymore since
most of them pack Flamethower on the switch and
seriously damage you. However Rockslide with Guts
is just as good cause you get a bonus Fliching
