Sudowoodo's dancing skills aren't much help in Room 275, where it gets beaten at a quiz contest and chucked out the window (parachute included, of course). The same thing happens with Charmeleon; it must have only remembered trivia from the first generation.

Correction
Once again, Golem (#076) should have been Ponyta (#077) in the second-last "Smartest" category. No elimination was made in this room.

This floor possesses no special zones, but as you step out on 28F, you think you've just entered a war zone. Whooping noises and loud partying -- only to become more intense -- ring from every corner of the HP-dedicated space.

Well, not every corner, to be honest. "Do Not Disturb" signs adorn the entrances to 281 and 283. Yeah. Hopefully, the very rowdy wave of racing Pokémon soon breaking in directly through Noctowl and Dunsparce's floors, an extraordinary and once-in-a-lifetime event, won't wake them up.

From opposite sides of the round lobby, Palpitoad and Quagsire stand before their doors, battling for both surfing and earthquaking supremacy; Sealeo and Azumarill hold a similar contest, but it must just be for popularity; there are fewer priceless lamps shattering all over the place.

There are parties everywhere, and for once, the mob has trouble breaking them up. Wigglytuff wiggles but won't get out of bed, and Castform is ready for everything, hovering on the ceiling and dumping icy rain mixed with glaring sunshine on everyone. It'll take someone pretty persistent and powerful to polish off these punks, or any other partying Pokémon. Alliteration FTW!

Three early-in-the-game-Normal-type-evolutions are forced to return to the tall grass from whence they came. Persian, too, gets thrown out of the apartment for disturbing the shut-eye. It's been a very abNormal floor, if you know what I mean. By the way, this was NOT a Quick-Fire Floor... from now on, if a lot of people are replying, you can expect to often see two floors a day.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The elevator doors open and the Special Defense storey unfolds before you. While slightly smaller than the floor below, this floor's carpets have fancier designs, the entire lobby somehow seeming more luxuriant.
Maybe you just guessed this from the fact that behind the open door to Room 291, Misdreavus is packing hundreds of sets of necklace jewels into bejewelled suitcases... made of jewels. Next door in 296, Kecleon is also living the life of Riley. Maybe it's all that stuff he stole from the Mystery Dungeon world.
Masquerain and Wormadam are getting dressed up in grotesque costumes, each trying to outdo the other, while Wobbuffet and Chimecho look on with from their fancy but not over-the-top suites. The racers arrive; they just grin and bear it.
As the race builds to its climax behind the doors, a single "STRONG!" rings out from the faraway clock, and the last set of eliminations before the Sky Lobby enters into full swing. Make it count.
Lunatone, voted "Most restful" on the previous floor, finally runs out of juice and is forced to carry home the bill for its stay in Room 293. That shady-looking Kecleon also finally gets its just deserts.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

THIRTIETH FLOOR
So, this is it. You've reached the Sky Lobby. The elevator doors seem to stay shut, the elevator moving up, longer than usual. However, when they do open, they open into a room whose walls are covered with panelled glass reflecting the afternoon sun. It's actually a fairly plain room, but the atmosphere in here is top-notch.

Deino, Luxio and all the others who ascended here by the virtues of the Sky Keys are balanced on the fancy, modern-looking tables on this floor, raring to go, as the ladders appear through the interminable wormholes and Pokémon from the Hotel DeNewman flood in. Above here, the elevator actually splits in two, creating a futuristic design.

In the Sky Lobby, the winners are determined by your favourites alone. Only twenty-eight Pokémon will make it out of here alive (or, more accurately, without being parachuted through windows. To make it easier on you guys, I'd like you to choose your fifteen (15) least favourites. This is a mega-etov; whoever gets the fewest votes wins.

LEAST Favourites:
