Well.. I think it's legal, since you-tube seriously does have parts to banned episodes... That's been there since forever.. Including the Porygon one with the flashing red and blue part to it.. (the thing that gave the japanese a seizure) and Serebii.net gives you spoilers about them as well, so it should be okay to upload your dubs here.
