Are Lati@s considered legendary ?

From some source I heard that some sometimes a small herd of Lati@s will gather in a small group . If there is a gender differences between the Lati@s , it mean they are long living pokemon that prefer to live in pair or single and just come together just to mate . There are several Lati@s mentioned in the movies , and each and everyone of them are different , one even die saving ash . And 2 Latios brother even appeared together in one movies .

And btw , is the Lugia that appeared in one espisode with a small lugia , the same as the one in the movies ?

There is supposed to be more than one of a lot of legendaries. It's been proven that there is more than one Articuno. It has to be that way because the species would die out. Maybe they just have longer life spans, making them harder to come by.

they are truly the only gendered legends so yeah they are considered legendary because they are basically one of a kind.

no the movie lugia was very very powerful and by his amazing psychic ability he could talk.

Articuno, and all the trio's are multiple of them, which are Zapdos, Moltres, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Regice, Regirock and Registeel. I mean, more they're than one. But there are Groudon and Kyogre, Rayquaza and others, which are called some kind of more legendaries than the trios, I think they're just one. We've seen never two Mewtwo, or two Kyogre, so I think they're one.

Latias and Latios maybe are only one, maybe there are many of them, I never knew in which group they are, couples, or like Groudon and Kyogre, some true legendary Pokemon.

For the end, I forgot to mention that Anime =/= Games.

This source you mention is the pokédex of the game. And as we know, it isn't very reliable.

Can there be more than 1 Mewtwo? He was created by scientists.

How can there be more than 1 regi of each kind? I dunno, they don't look like they're gonna do much "breeding" sealed away in those chambers. Mewtwo and Mew there's only one (obviously), as well as Jirachi (I'm pretty sure).

Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza I'm sure there's only one of each.

Celebi and Deoxys, not quite sure about those two.

There are probably multiple Entei's (created everytime a new volcano forms), and by extension there are probably multiple Raikou's and Suicunes... but I couldn't be sure. Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres I don't know; it is implied in the anime that Lugia can reproduce, so I think that still applies to Lugia and Ho-Oh in the game.

So the impression I'm drawing is that legendaries don't necessarily have to be immortal and never breed - they're just so rare that it seems like there's only one. Once again, not sure...

I only need lsome egendaries and scizor to complete my dex.
What pokemon do I need?
Mew
Scizor
Celebi
Latias
Latios
Jirachi
Deoxys

Cause it gotten me really confuse , sometimes , it just that in the movies , just 3 of the legendary can make the world turn into chaos . It make them sound so god like , that there are only one of them . As for Noland Articuno , that one is a wild one , perhaps the same articuno , that ash encountered during the movies .

There is more than 1 Deoxys because there were 2 in the movie Destiny Deoxys

we've also seen episodes were a regular pokemon can cause world chaos, there are plenty of legendaries Noland's articuno is NOT the same one from the movies.

the regis can be debated either way though it is likely that there are more, if you remember they can regenerate, maybe that is how they end up reproducing. not all of them had to be sealed away.

Mew and Jirachi can be debated to have more.

Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza I'm sure there's only one of each.
there is a lot of evidence that there are more however, however key points about them make it uncertain.

Celebi and Deoxys, not quite sure about those two.
Definately more.

Entei's are not created every time a volcano forms, the Pokedex is unreliable and not to be beleived.
the others do have more. though people like to debate Ho Oh.

exactly, they are very rare, I mean for some legendaries like Ho Oh there is only about 3 at any lifetime, that is very few if you count how big the world is...
others like the birds could have as many as 10.
