no l mean is there a pokemon that could learn an attack in previous gens but can't learn it now.
ps. whirlpool can be learned by clampearl

There's a few. All you have to do is go to the main site and check out both pokedexes 251 times

scyther and scizor used to be able to use fly in GSC im not sure if it was through breeding though but they were able to have it, but now they cant.
