Are these moves alright?

I was just wondering if the moves for my in-game team was alright. Since this is in-game, a lot of TM's I can't get, and please don't suggest Hidden Power . Also, I don't know the EV's for every pokemon, only a few.

Alright, here we go...

Milotic. (I just got this girl today XD.)

EV's- 200 Sp Def, 100 Sp Att, 60 HP, 150 Def
Modest Nature

Ice Beam.
Surf
Rain Dance
Recover.

(I know Mirror Coat should be here, but you need to breed to get that, and I'm too lazy )

Metagross

Bashful nature.

Agility
Meteor Mash

Dragonite

EV's 200 Att, 100 Def, 100 Spd, 110 Sp Def,
Adamant Nature

Aerial Ace

???- I thought maybe Earthquake here, but then again, I only have one TM, and Metagross would like to learn it as well...

Venusaur (My starter, so I won't change it if it has a bad nature.)

Nature- Hasty. (I know it's bleh, but it's my starter :/

Nature-Naughty

What should my last member be? I have a Blissey, but is there anything better I could use? Your thoughts?

For Metagross put:
Agility
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Shadow Ball/Sludge Bomb
Makes a great Physical sweeper, I use it a lot in-game. I say go with an Adamant nature, but if you can't or wont change the natures, then whatever.

For Skarm I say Toxic over Substitute and Drill Peck.

Dragonite can still learn Earthquake, if you have Emerald, and can get a level 91+ Pick-up pokemon.

Let's see, you've got three pokemon weak to fire, but this is in-game, so you don't really see fire moves except on fire pokemon, but then again, EQ on Metagross/Dragonite would knock them out as well as Milo... So I would suggest either a Spec. Sweeper, you only have one and two physicals, or a heal beller, either blissey or chimecho.

Venusaur and Milotic look good, since you won't breed for Mirror Coat.

Too much of a Physical Presence. Try either a Special Sweeper or a Special Sponge.
Snorlax, Regice, Bliss
Starmie, Alakazam, Sceptile, etc

Also, most of this team (bar one) gets beat by the ever popular Bolt-Beam.
Some resistance would be nice
