Are those Ranger Codes real?

Is those codes real or does the thing that unlocks the code imput a trick to restart our games? (I beat all missions+Speical missions)

And is the "possible" Manaphy code that comes with 9th movie report a "True" report, or is just another one of those "FALSE" reports?

Is it a good idea to type in the l,r,y w\e thing that opens the password imput thing?

Anyone have any opinions on this?
