Areas not in game/Pokemon in Routes not in game

Well, I need the answers to this because I seriously need to make an RPG on NetBattle that people will like more than Smogon RPG. If you don't know who I am, let me give you a hint, S-T-M. Anyway, here are the areas I do know.

Mt. Keyna (not sure which Route, the mountain where Mewtwo is)

Orange Islands (I don't feel like getting on Mew Shrine,
tell me the names of the Islands)

Shamouti Island (OI, Fire/Ice/Lightning Islands)

Route 1 Pokemon not in game:Magikarp, Gyarados


Guys, help me out, and no, MM, I am not stealing your idea with OI, but I am sorta stealing your idea with the Gym Leaders being over level 55.

Pokemon in routes that are in the game but pokemon is not there in game, and is there in show
