AROMATHERAPHY Question

I want to teach Chansey aromatheraphy.
So I need a male roselia who knows this move.
So I breed a male Vileplume who knows AROMATHERAPHY and a female Roselia.
But their baby doesn't know aromatheraphy.
Normally, couldn't pokemon learn their level-up moves by egg?
Please help me.
Am I obligated to level up my Roselia to teach it "aromatherapht"?
What is the easiest way to teach Chansey AROMATHERAPHY?

If you read the link below correctly, for the baby know one attack that it will learn in upper levels, both parents must have that attack.

And the easiest and the only way to teach Chansey Aromatherapy is breeding it with a roselia.

Oo! Oo! I need to know something aromatherapy related.

Ok, I don't have any pokemon with aromatherapy, and I don't understand the definition on sight.

Does aromatherapy heal all your pokemon in your party of status conditions, or just the one that's using it? Does it heal the opponent's pokemon that's presently out? And does it heal confuse, attract etc. on the pokemon that's using it?

Just not quite clear to me; thanks.

it cures all the pokemon in your party of the status conditions that show up on their status screens. freeze, burn, paralyze, sleep, and poison. it does not cure attraction or confusion. it doesn't cure your opponent.

and as for breeding it on to blissey, just raise a male roselia to level 53.

almost. heal bell doesn't affect soundproof pokes, though.

if they want to breed for heal bell, they could raise a male skitty to level 37 and breed it with a chansey.
