Lv. 2 is a characteristric level for Route 101 Pokemon.

Guess what? Gameshark alters Route 101 Pokemon.

• There's probably nothing wrong with the Articuno, but there is a risk of corrupting game data.

Action Replay can alter it so you can catch any Pokemon anywhere in the land. If you catch an Articuno in Route 101, you get level 2 or 3s. If you catch them in Victory Road, you get level 39s and so on. It doesn't matter if it's Gameshark or AR, it all boils down to one thing: He cheated to get it, pure and simple. x)

Didn't you know that they've created codes to get around that? Now Sharked Mew/Deoxys can be traded Making those of us who really have one feel disgusted knowing people are that desperate for The Special event Pokemon.
