well
the animation is cool
the drawing is ok
the mouth is way too close to the nose! it may be just your style, but the eyes are really big and overpower the face's size. the hair is basic anime hair, so it's just good but generic. one of the shoulders is way too long than the other. even if it's because of the angle of the body, the difference of length is a bit too drastic.

i'm bad at drawing on the computer, myself, so i have to say it's pretty good.
(i only draw on paper xD)

pretty fly xD

I really like it. The part I love the most is the eyes. I have tried artpad before, and im not good at all, so i praise you for being so good with it. The only thing i didnt like was that you made the eyes yellow at the end, when before, they looked better without the yellow, but that might just be the character. Overall, amazing job ^-^

Who is White Spirit? Is he or she (I really can't tell) your own character?

Nice work. I see you took a considerable amount of time (by ArtPad standards, at least) in making this. Two things that bothered me though: It looks too "generic otaku style," and the lines are too thick. I can't believe I said that, since I usually love thick lines. This was done to the point where features on the head would overlap each other though. And I guess I dislike the otaku style because it's an imitation of someone else's material and embodies the myth that there is a style to anime.
