according to bulbapedia, ash and misty caught seaking's in the episode ''Hook Line And Stinker''......

how come they arent included on their bio's on serebii?

And since they did this in Johto they were not allowed to keep them since Seaking is a Kanto pokemon. That was also the reason for why the writers took Beedrill away from Ash back in the Bug Catching contest. It was to old!

Still the Beedrill appeared in Ash's Bio I believe, which makes me wonder why the Seaking isn't there.

Seaking appered in a Contest but was never formally in Ash team. But he kept his Beedril "long enough" to have it concidered to be in his team, and then giving it to Casey. He never thought about adding the Seaking to his team, while he did so with the Beedril, before giving it to Casey. "Long enough" is of course a line that can be used in many ways. It is alos a personal opinion, I would not concider Raticate on his rooster, but he did traded it with the thought of adding it to his team. So with the reasons about the Beedrill Raticate could be concidered to be a part of his team.

Yeah, the Beedrill belonged to Ash while the Seaking weren't.

We're unlikely to ever see Casey again, so it doesn't matter.

That reminds me of something... In the same episode that Ash caught those 30 Tauros in, didn't Brock also catch one? What ever happened to it?
