Ash got a Victreebel/Cacnea/Masukkipa?

Well, not exactly those pokémon but I've seen the episode pics and Naetoru doesn't stop trying to eat Ash's head! Maybe Naetoru won't evolve and go on like this like Victreebel/Cacnea/Masukkipa did/do with James? Or maybe he will evolve and the Hayashigame (or maybe even Dotaitos) weight is gonna cause some trouble XD

Not neccesarily, some Pokemon's personalities change when they evolve. For example, Charmander.

I'm pretty sure Naetle will evolve at some point, the writers have no need to leave him with unevolved forms anymore.

They dump all the cute pokemon on the girly coordinator instead now.
