Latias has come to Ash and co. and has made them aware of its friend Latios being under attack from a Pokémon Hunter. Ash & co. head off with Latias to try and find Latios and protect it, but the Hunter proves to be more of a challenge than they thought. Can they protect the Latios?

I honestly actually enjoyed this one. Plenty of great action and Ash and Pikachu proving once again that they are indeed Pokemon Masters.

Wasn't expecting a nod to Heroes at the end too, that was pretty cool.

The ending where Latias and Latios depart feels a bit flat though.

Throw the whole episode away, Swellow was sidelined 3.5 seconds in and the only one who battled was Latios. Ash and Latias didn't even say bye to each other, seriously who wrote this trash lol.
