Ash's Legendary pokemon

Alright we've the legendary pokemon and there full potential.Now we've seen takuta using legedaries like darkrai and Latios(which i thought was a cheap way to make ash lose by the way".Now i bet everybody is wondering,"is ash going to catch a legendary".Basically I think ash might.So here are the list of Possible Legendaries Ash "Might" catch.
1-LatiasIn the movie "Pokemon Heroes" Latias Really like ash and show many feelings towards him,even though Bianca was the one that kissed him.
2-Giratina In the movie "Giratina and the Sky Warrior",Ash became huge Friends with Giritina.Ash even was the only person to stop Giratina from attcking Dailga(which giratina gladley stopped in a calm way).So Giratina is Likely
and Last but not least Ho-ohFor many Generations,Ash has seen Ho-oh multiple times during his journey to become a pokemon master.Ho-Oh even goes to the trainer with pure of heart Which is Ash.So Ho-Oh is Definatly a catch ash would use his masterball on.

I think Ash would capture Ho-oh if he captured a legendary, thats his legendary. Though it would be too hard for him to catch him, so he wont catch a legendary.

Ho-Oh is too important in the anime and catching it could upset the world's balance. Certain legendaries can be caught and some like Ho-Oh can't.

I think pretty much any ledgendary pokemon can be captured as long as the trainer plays by the rules.

Levels don't exist in the anime. That's why Pikachu goes from smashing his way through Latios luster purges to losing to a earthquake hacked Hiyappu.
If Ash ever catches a legend it will be a minor one such as Latias or one of the 600 stat total event legends. He won't catch cover legends. Ever. Even then there is the question whether movies are canon anyway.

I know Ash met quite a bit of legendaries(sp?) on his quest (I'm including the one's he's met in the movies also) so he has a choice of which one he could potentially capture (If he ever meet them again at some point). The only one I can really see him capturing is Ho-oh. Seeing how that was the very first legendary he's seen.
