Will Ash ever use Muk or Kingler again, or will he not? I think Ash should use them again because they both have battled only twice.

The writers just decided not to have Ash use them in BF, just like his Johto team.
They will probably be used in a battle sometime in the future, it's not like its unlikely considering how long this show will go on for.

The last time Ash used Kingler was in WhirlPool Competition, IIRC. It's almost been forever since Ash used Muk.

They will have a comeback soon they're not gone forever. I havn't seen Kingler since around where Ash let Pigeot free.

Ash is catching more pokemon. That means he forgets about his old ones. Ash is full of empty promises. Like the time he said hed come back for pidgeot and he never did.

T'was a time where I would stop at nothing to let everyone know my distaste for Ash's lack of using his Kingler and Muk, Kingler hasn't even been used since the Whirl Islands and had an embarrasing exit to the Johto league before he'd even battled. Muk at least got to be used in the league but didn't get a single win whereas Charizard got three wins in the same match.
Now I know the attempts at their return are nothing but futile cries. Kingler's pretty much been replaced with Corphish, a much more potent battler than itself despite winning a round all by itself (which was bad writing anyway). Muk has been reduced to smothering Oak everytime Oak is seen (hey, at least he gets some screentime). Soon enough they'll resort to playing poker in a back alley for their only means of entertainment.
