Ash's strongest Pokemon in Alola

He was obviously the weakest but I think we should give him credit.He did good despite not evolving.

Rowlet did beat Hala’s Crabrawler, Hau’s Decidueye (twice after losing once), & Prof. Kukui’s Braviary. Plus, it did beat Ryuki & Lusamine’s pokémon through double battles

I would say Rowlet is stronger than some of Ashs other birds for sure like Unfezant,Noctowl,and Pidgeot.Maybe even Talonflame.

Ash didn't really have a definitive ace in Alola. All of his pokemon were pretty much equally strong and won their fair share of matches all throughout Sun & Moon.

If I had to pick an ace, it would probably be a 3-way tie between Incineroar, Lycanroc, & Pikachu

Lol no: they definitely are not equal in strength. Pikachu puts pretty big gap between him and Incineroar and Incine puts considerable gap between him and remaining SM Pokemon. Sure you can say DL,Naga,Melmetal and Rowlet are equal in strength but if you say that they are on level of Incine or even worse- on level of Pika: you are dead wrong.

@Emboar_Rulez Talonflame a bird that beat Avalugg and you think Rowlet can beat him. Just no just no.Talonflame is in fact strongest bird: second is Swellow.

No. It barely kept up with it before it fell into the volcano from being overwhelmed. The Moltres left the gang alone after seeing Ash risking his life to save Talonflame.

I think beating an avalugg was still impressive considering it also defeted pikachu, i would say talonflame suffered from the rushed kalos league, it is still to this day the only pokemon other thn pikachu who has been used in 7 or more gyms of any region that is impressive. I think it is easily ash's second strongest bird after swellow.

Talonflame would destroy rowlet, not only it has type advantage it also has better feats and more experience. Rowlet's biggest win was against decidueye in a match which will be remembered as one of the worst match ever and even in that match rowlet's win was more of a PIS due to last second learning of feather dance.

Ohsubame was clearly stronger than Mokuroh, and this is coming from someone who was never all-that impressed by Ohsubame in general back in the AG era. Ohsubame did extremely well in the battle against Kaede by taking out Hassam and Morphon, then in the battle against Tetsuya it went on to defeat both Donfan and Hariteyama while also dealing some damage to Metagross. Not to mention that it defeated Heath's Laglarge and Ukon's Fushigibana, and had several Gym victories as well.

Talonflame swellow are definitely stronger than Rowlet. I see staraptor tying with Rowlet, while pidgeot noctowl and unfezant are definitely weaker.

Noctowl has worse Battle Record and less Battles, RIP.

Talonflame and Swellow are much more debatable than Noctowl.

Also, Staraptor is probably Ash weakest Bird, his win Ratio is one of the lowest of Ash's Pokémon and Even Rowlet have more Wins in less Episodes.

He is still way more impressive than any birdmon except for Swellow which is close to him or maybe even better. Rowlet is like on 3rd/4th place.Talonflame,Swellow and even Noctowl(he beat Lickilicky) are better than Rowlet. Rowlet takes Staraptor,Pidgeot and Unfezant.Staraptor's highest feat was defeating Paul's Weavile lol.

But those are gym level fights.Lickilicky based on Conway's strats and power have defeated stronger gym leaders(like Candice and Volkner). So in better words Gengar is gym level,Lickilicky is gym+(unless he didnt fight gym leaders which does not make sense)level and Noctowl beat that.

IDK, but he beat all 8 gym leaders and higher gym leaders are stronger than mid ones like Morty(unless Lickilicky didn't fight like 7th or 8th gym leader; since we don't know we assume he did since Conway has like 6 Pokemon) I mean we have seen Viola loosing to Grant then, Wulfric being the strongest, Volkner being the strongest in Sinnoh etc.Blaine to be stronger than other Kanto gym leaders. Clair be strongest in Johto. So, it kinda make sense that 8th gym leader Conway faced is stronger than Morty who is 4th/5th.
