What is the best spread for a zapdos who’s main role is stopping luke from sweeping while still hitting hard and providing some bulk?

I assume the first set on Smogon?

Heat Wave/Roost and reliable bulkyness. Sounds like it fits your bill.

Well I wanted to be able to outspeed even the jolly ones so they can't ice punch me. So im guessing I would have to go timid but im unsure on the Evs.

You need ~168 Spd EVs with Timid. So might want to go for ~176 / 180 - just to either hit a jump point or hit everything hanging around to beat Lucario.
SpAtk isn't drastically important, because you're never going to OHKO, and you want bulk.

    Personally I'd go;

    188 HP / 84 Def / 180 Spd / 56 SpAtk
    @ Leftovers

    or

    232 HP / 80 Def / 180 Spd / 16 SpAtk
    @ Life Orb
which, I imagine, stands a fair better chance at OHKO'ing.

    Heat Wave | Roost | Thunder / Thunderbolt | Toxic / Substitute / U-Turn / Hidden Power etc

    or something like that.

    JRCxyz Hi

    Zapdos @ Leftovers
    Preassure
    Timid nature (+Spe -Sp.A)
    252 Hp/ 80 Def/ 176 Spe
    - Thunderbolt
    - Heat Wave
    - Hidden Power Ice or Grass
    - Roost

This the Zapdos you're looking for. Really simple spread and moveset. The Hidden Power differs depending of your team needs.

How about a Kingler for a TR team?

    Kingler @ What item?

    Brave

    0 spd IV
    252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Def

    Crabhammer
    Xscissor
Brick Break / Rock Slide / Swords Dance
Brick Break / Rock Slide / Swords Dance

The point would be SD if possible, during a switch or so, as he's so frail and then Sweep. How could it work?

EVs on Tyranitar seem weird. Try adjusting them a little.

Rhyperior benefits from Sandstorm too. Use him.

    I can't believe I'm helping you.

    Hidden Power [Grass] > Surf.
    Consider Crunch > Pursuit.

Where did you get these EVs? :s

Just use the standard on Smogon... www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/cradily

I didn't think about Rhy. Should he be a tank or wall?

Ttar's EVs LOOK wierd. They resolve in well-rounded stats.

@Spareux I use Marriland's Ultimate Stat Calculator for my EVs and natures...

    fix'd

    The EVs pretty much suck.
Mixed Tar can do a couple of things.

    32 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Spd / 144 SpAtk.
    Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
    @ Life Orb.
Or you can run more Speed and get rid of some Attack, or run Quiet and just run Tyraniboah.

    Or it can run a Scarf set;

    EVs: 4 HP / 136 Atk / 248 Spe / 120 SpAtk
    Hasty Nature (+Spe, -Def)
    @ Choice Scarf.

I didn't ask for advice about these pokemon I asked for other pokemon to go with it...

Use lower Sp. Def since it will boost in SS.
More attack and HP should do it.

Rhyperior is better as a tank in SS, so its Attack stat doesn't go waste. HP/SDef/Atk EVs are the way to go.

but you will then go on to either use these Pokemon, or post an RMT with them.

so you will be losing, or you I will end up telling you what to use instead eventually anyway.

Yea that makes since. Il change that.

    Hows this moveset for Rhy?

    Dragon Rush/Earthquake
    Aqua Tail
    Rock Wrecker
    Avalanche/Earthquake

    its my main Rhytank set...

  19. spareux

    spareux maldición

    ehhhhh

Rest / Sleep Talk / Stone Edge / Earthquake
    @ Leftovers / Life Orb

is a "tank". What you have is essentially a Choice Bander without the Choice Band...

You can make it bulky and still have 4 attack moves, but it's kinda pointless. It's not taking hits as well or for as long as the STalker, but it's not doing as much damage as a Choice Bander or Swords Dancer or the Rock Polish set.

Honestly, I hate restalk strats with a burning passion. I flat out despise them. I tried them and got pwnd 6-0. The one I had was better srsly stone edge/EQ doesnt cover half as much as mine did

EDIT: that was a bit of an exaggeration...
