Yep, it's 10%. A waste, use Leftovers instead, or another item (not hax items though).

Thanks. why shouldn't you use hax items? If it gives you an advantage then it should be fare game.

But it's too risky really. Quick Claw only works 10% of the time, and it can work against you or when you don't need it. Evasion is luck based and unreliable (though too good as well) and you could still get mauled while Double Teaming. It's too unreliable.

Before people go OMG WTF, AJ meant 10%, not 100%. ;B

... and yes, if you want to use items in battle go wth Leftovers or a pinch berry. Leftovers does work every round and items like Charcoal pale compared to a Liechi Berry. For example... a Blaziken with Rock Slide, some Fighting move and Overheat. People would rather use the Liechi Berry to boost two moves quite well (( Rock Slide and the Fighting move )) compared to Charcoal to boost Overheat only slightly.

Thanks for the info. I'll keep it in mind.

I found that quick claw on pokemon that know counter and mirror coat can get screwed over because the claw makes those pokemon go first when you don't want them to.

light ball doubles pikachu's spcl. atk. power, which is cool.

And Soul Dew doubles Lati@s Sp. Attack power as well. Pinch berries are better than hold items like Miracle Seed. I hope they get improved.

Praetor

Psephophthalmus artu
choice band is also an extremely good attack boosting item but risky too because it ups any moves damge by 50% but you can only use that move until you switch out

Raito

HADOUKEN!
Thick Club also doubles Marowak's Attack to over a godly 500 or so I think.

These are the only good attack increasing HIs

Thick Club
Choice Band
Light Ball
Soul Dew
Pinch Berries

EDIT: Beat

Wrong. Soul Dew increases Latias AND Latios's Special Attack AND Special Defense by 50%. It is like an automatic calm mind.
