there is no such good place for attack evs training a pokemon in emerald, cud u tell me 1

Inside of Mt. Pyre. It's 100% chance of finding Shuppet, which are worth 1 Attack EV each.

Besides that, most of the Elite Four Pokémon give out Attack EVs.

Still, Ruby is a better game for Attack EV Training...

if you´re training also the speed there is rotue 103 (above oldale) battling with zigzagoon, wingulls and poochyenas (poochyenas are more common in emerald)
