Lucario could get meteor mash, but since steel is its SECOND type, I don't think it will get that many steel moves. We already know it has four fighting moves, but only one steel move.

Perap needs to know hyper voice. It would get stab, and it would go well with it.
I think dorapion should learn crunch or bite.
Weavile can already tend to that horrible special attack with scheme, and I don't think munchlax needs anything since its a pre-evo.

Perap might learn Sing , Peck and Wing Attack. And Munchlax should be given Metronome like someone else already stated. Manyula might learn Ice Punch or maybe even Ice Fang.

Lucario learning Meteor Smash is an awesome idea, it suits him! He is already gonna learn Metal Claw and(if the TM still exsists) Iron Tail. It's not like we will be using all of them.
Lucario should also use the elemental punches. I would have a blast with those. It would help make up for the crummy HP stat.

Weavile will most likely be using Beat Up.

Buoysel should know ExtremeSpeed (just kidding XD)
