When your a member newbie, you will get only the selected pokemon avatar or other ones as well but for mods and admins they can get any avatar like they upload a small one but i think your avatar is clear i can't see any problems to it.

Seriously, dont' use the word newbie to refer to someone newer. You were one also at one time and I'm sure you didn't like it. On topic: yes, mods and admins and anyone else in that catagory can do that with there avi. On some sites you can do it, though, without being in control.
Edit: the reason why is because they can be trusted.

This isn't answering my question
I want to know why the Images Have lost color and are messed up. They were fine yesterday, then after my daddy went to bed, i got on my PC and notices the pictures like this.

Which gallery is it? If it's manga avatars, then they're meant to be in black and white. That's how they are drawn in the comic; that's how we have them in the gallery.

EDIT: POKErUsAm, i couldn't find the newbie lounge when i first signed up on November so in other forums i signed like Geodudes spam free one but i seemed to ignore it but i played something special.
But i also loved to be called a newbie but honest i only went to clubs first and then the other Psi locked it since i thought the other user was so rude to me but never called me a newbie so they didn't new i was a newbie and i haven't EVEN introduced myself so now get back on topic!!

Dude, wtf? Newbie is a completely fine, underagoratory term that is used for describing members new to the forum. There's absolutely nothing wrong with calling someone a newbie, as it speaks the truth. If you're offended by the word newbie then I really don't know how to help you. Hello? Take a screenshot so we can see what you see. If you're on a PC, there's a Print Screen button. Press that, paste it into Paint, save it as a jpeg, then upload it to Imageshack[/img] and post the link here so we can have a butchers.
And everyone else. Unless you itnend to help, shut the hell up about the etemology of the word newbie please.

Print screen with the imageshack will squash the picture in so it can't work the difference between colours and graphic sharpness.

Don't save the screenshot as a .jpeg, as jpeg compression will screw up the colors even more, instead, save as a .png file.
And [url=http://imageshack.us]Imageshack doesn't squash pictures. That's the thumbnails. :/
