Whats wrong with their graphics? It looks like they have lost some color.

Dude, wtf? Newbie is a completely fine, underagoratory term that is used for describing members new to the forum. There's absolutely nothing wrong with calling someone a newbie, as it speaks the truth. If you're offended by the word newbie then I really don't know how to help you.
