Avatars, How do you do them?

I got a picture i think would make a decent avatar but I don't know where to go to put it up! HELP ME!!!please? [makes begging face]

Wrong spot, read rules.

Only Mods can have custom avatars, you have to go to User CP, click on change avatar, and search through the many choices 'til you find one you like.
A mod can close this now.
