Avatars, Sigs and pics

I have them all turned on, however, I cannot see any of those right now. I think this is a glitch because I saved it again when they were turned on.

The only Images I can see are the icons next to and under the name.

Unfortuneately, the avatars and sigs had to be turned off due to causing a lot of bandwidth.
