Baby Pokemon Face-off

I'm starting my first face-off! Yay! This is the baby pokemon face-off!
Current Rules
1. You may vote on two conditions:
a. It has been at least 15 minutes since your last vote
b. Somebody else has voted since you voted last.

2. You have five heal points and five hurt points. You may use all your points on one pokemon, or you may split them up.
(ex: +5 Smochum -5 Elekid)
(ex: +3 Wynaut, +1 Tyrogue, +1 Pichu, -4 Smoochum, -1 Magby)
No matter what you do, it must add up to 5 heal and 5 hurt.
