skitty isnt really a baby - i was planning to do the same thing but with:

Togepi
Igglybuff or Pinpuka
Riishan or maybe Mime Jr
Elekid
Bonsly or perhaps Cleffa

i agree with the others. get rid of pichu for magby. that way you cover more types and possibly skitty for tamanta because skitty isn't really a baby, but if you want it then that's fine.

also, you might want to give azurill some different attacks. i'm not going to be of much help because i really don't know much about these pokemon (babies O_O) but in the moveset you have, it has no STAB. it's a normal type, it would really help to have some attack that is also normal.

Just so you know, Rioru isn't a baby Pokemon, he's a regular basic Pokemon. He just happens to suffer from the no breeding trait, like Togepi.

Tamanta is a good choice of baby, since his stats aren't terrible.
