Anyway what I have to offer now is:
Shiny naive heatran with IVs: 31/30/31/30/31/31 (hidden power grass) EV trained: 252 sp. attack, 252 spd, 4 hp.
Shiny timid volcarona with IVs:31/30/30/31/31/31 (hidden power ice) EV trained: 252 sp. attack, 252 spd, 4 hp.
Shiny bold latias UT flawnless in hp and def (I will check).

And btw flawless means that it has 31 iv's in all the states..

I imagined you wanted near flawnless also, but no problem.
