Back of the trainer card

Hello I was searching/reading about the trainer card and Im using the (USA)Emerald version. On the back of the trainer card there are 6 lines that can be filled in. What goes on the back of the trainer card in their repective order? I found a link from a post in this forum but the card on that page is inncorrect for Emerald.

I have 4 lines filled out so far...

1. Hall of Fame Debut
2. Link Battles
3. Pokemon Trades
4. ???
5. ???
6. Battle Points Won

The other 2 are link contests won and how many times you've done poke'blocks with others

do you have any medals for the battle front because i think it also says how many you have.

thank you for the answers evilman378. Ice noa, the back of your trainer card doesn't show the number of your silver or gold shields won at the Battle Frontier. That would be on your Frontier Pass.
