Bad Traits about your Favorite Pokemon

While many people say something bad about the Pokemon they don't like, but are there any bad traits about your favorite(s)? Bad stats? Overratedness? Bad at battling? What don't you like about about your favorite Pokemon?

Well nobody's perfect. :p

For instance, take my favorite Pokemon Machoke. While I do like the species, but I just don't like how they were being portrayed as being stupid and brainless either in the anime or in fanfics. I also don't like how they were being easily defeated in both the games and anime too.

I'll add more later...

Bellossom is overshadowed by Vileplume in Movepool. Vileplume gets Aromateraphy. Bellossom gets... Magical Leaf. >__> And that's without mentioning the several Grass Pokémon that outrank her entirely.

Gardevoir... appeared in a SOLE Anime Episode. And she wasn't important at all. Plus, I can't help but keep thinking she's a bit too girly. But I don't care about that anymore. :D

Pinsir NEEDS a Bug Move. Now. And stupid Nintendo keeps on shafting him... -___-

Besides that, all's good. Maybe the fact that Blastoise is mega-ugly, but meh.

N00b in the dungeon!
Teddiursa: It was depicted in a bad light by that horrible Johto filler, and it looks horrible in Colloseum; rough around the edges, opaque shading, and an annoying lopsided grin, instead of the adorable paw-licking pose that made me love it in the first place.
Mantine: Let down by it's lethal 4x weakness to electricity and bad offensive stats. People automatically disregard it because of this, and overlook the fact that the huge sp. defence almost completely obliterates this factor.
Ariados: Being an early-on bug, it suffers from horrible stats, and it's massive movepool does little to compensate.

Blazichu

Nintendo WII>>>You
Meganium doesn't have many attacks and Blaziken only appeared twice:(

Haunter- Weaker than Gengar, and I HATE how its weak to Psychic.

Supreme Overlord
^Haunter evolves into Gengar he's supposed to be weaker. :p

Banette- Not enough HP, evolves too late, and dosen't learn Crunch, Hypnosis, or Dream Eater.

Snorunt- I just wish he was better. lol or Glalie evolved into him or something.

Gardevoir - Nothing, except maybe the colour. The shiny version should have been the normal colour ^_^' There's also the girly image.

Bellossom - Same as *Orion*, Bellossom is completely ignored because of Viluplume, and is less effective in battle. Also, once again, there's the girly image.

Torkoal - Its effectiveness in battle. It's nothing out of the ordinary, and it's only good stat is Defence.

Farfetch'd - Does this one really need explaining? They could AT LEAST have made it better than Pidgeot, or given it an evolved form.

how Kingdra's stats are so-so and it's movepool is aweful. Dragonbreath is the best Dragon move it gets which sucks!

Machamp: damn slow.

Dewgong: shafted.

Umbreon: A little overrated.

Flareon: Overlooked.

Victreebel: Nice HP, shame about the defenses.

Ledian: Not much of a favourite, but... WHAT? DID THEY. DO TO IT! IT'S UNFAIRLY CRAP!"

Mightyena has awful stats, a worse movepool, and in the anime is almost always portrayed in a negative light.

Typhlosion has a relatively plain design (though I like it) and needs a larger special movepool *coughCrunchcough* Also, Typhlosion is usually portrayed as male when she's fairly gender-neutral in design (more feminine that Feraligatr and Sceptile at least)

Pidgeotto is an unevolved, so nobody uses him ever. And his evolved form isn't half as cool.

Lugia has too many damned fans.

Milotic has too many fans as well. And those people who claim she's ugly in a lame attempt to be different.

I love Dara <3
Marshtomp is just ingored all the time.. And the moves it learns.. They suck >_< And Marhstomps voice in the Anime is to high pichted and its only appeared a few times in the anime..

Psychic

Really and truly
Mewtwo: he's worshiped by all the n00bs for his awesome power, so he's totally overrated and everyone else hates him, and everyone makes fun of him and his background or uses it in a fic, so it's totally overdone, and everyone says he's all emo

Mew: all the little fangirls love Mew, and everyone hates the 'little pink puffball', saying it's unfaily strong

Scyther: has a pretty weak, dull movepool, and everyone just catches it to evolve it into it's Uber UGLY evolved form of Scizor
it's also used in a lot of fics, and few people can ever portray it well

Mew: Well...hmmm...you would think that such a beloved and popular Pokémon wouldn't have a bad side. Main thing I don't like is how Mew is almost always portrayed as a bright, happy bottle of sunshine. I imagine Mew, as being one of the most intelligent Pokémon, to be capable of more emotions than happy, playful or slightly naive. I think it is, and it's just the sweeter side that the anime writers tend to lean toward when writing the scripts. A powerful Pokémon such as Mew should have a substantial amount of emotions to back that power up. The Mew from the 8th movie seems to have what I'm wishing for.

Other than that, I guess the only other thing I hate is the fact that Mew is overused (I started expressing my "Psycat" fandom in my username before the craze of RMT appeared -_-;; ), but that's about it.

Atoyont

Brains for brawn
Kabutops: 4x Weakness to Grass and (relatively) low Special Attack
Dragonite: 4x Weakness to Ice and (relatively) low Speed which causes him to be overlooked for Salamence, though Dragonite gets a better movepool
Gengar: Relatively low Attack
Breloom: 4x Weakness to Flying and low Special Attack (Both it and Parasect have a low SpAtt; one'd think they'd get more)
Typhlosion: Overlooked for Charizard and Blaziken
Porygon2: Bad Speed

Yamato-san

I own the 5th gen
Hakuryuu: for not being fully evolved, it's almost automatically expected to be overlooked in favor of its evolution. It doesn't help that its evolution happens to have some of the highest stats in the game.

Kyuukon: constantly outshined by its lesser, Red version exclusive counterpart, Windie. That special stat split, especially, screwed it over to no end. Now it barely even has an offense, and what does Windie get? More Special Attack. What a load of bulls***! -_- Well, I can at least take satisfaction in knowing that, in spite of its superior stats, competitive players don't like it merely for its sucky movepool and several prefer Kyuukon. Now, if only those damned people writing the anime could stop wh*ring out the shishi. And why hell is it given the "Legendary" classification? Like a powerful nine-tailed fox that managed to survive for 800 years, and derives from the same damn mythology, isn't worthy of having a Pokemon based off of it be classed as "Legendary"?

Don't worry, it's a favouritism towards Red. Arcanine has much higher stats that Ninetales, Scyther evolved but Pinsir didn't, Victreebel lost a chunk of it's Special Defense whereas Vileplume only lost a bit, Gloom, not Weepinbell, got an alternate evo (sucky, but still), and Electazbuzz outshines Magmar too. Well, we got Sanslash, a really boring Pokemon, whereas Red got the cool Arbok. And Primape is better than Persian. Stupid favourist jerks.

FlamingRuby

The magic of Pokemon
My only gripe about Pikachu is its low Defense and Special Defense, but I try to boost it with lots of Iron and Zinc, and Defense EV training. Plus the Light Ball always helps.
