HP Bug is very hard to get in game (my Groudon has HP Bug but its weak), so A Fire attack or Thunder Wave will do over the hidden power
Shiftry doesn't really need Sunny Day when there's Groudon

okay, i haven't looked at your team, but to get an eevee with wish, you'll need to chain breed, and this is the pattern you'll need to follow;

Wish - Togetic(M) breeds with pikachu(F) to produce a pichu with wish, then you evolve the pichu(M) into pikachu and breed it with a eevee(F) to get a eevee with wish, although eevee(f) are only a 12.5% chance

Rash--->can't really complain about that, but maybe a lax nature to cover ho-ohs lack of defence

sorry if i was a bit critical about the natures, but i think this is a decent team for in game battles

You dont need al those Sunny Days if your groudon is the opener then it should be fine
