The inherent problem with Defog on a Skarmory is that Skarmory is a hazard setter by nature, so giving it a move that removes all hazards contradicts itself. That's why I chose to go for a spinner rather than a fogger.

This team as it sits now is extremely weak to electricity. Excadrill is not enough. If you havent added Garchomp already I would do so. Tyranitar is also an option to look at as a way to snuff those attacks.
