Hi! I wanted to do something small to banners. I can change the tint and color. I can blure the edges and give it a glow of your own color. I want to also make banners. And here are the rules!
Examples of mine.
ADVANCING A BANNER!
1)Get permission from the user that made it.
2)Make shure the banner is of the right size.
3)Give me the banner. If it is in your sig it's OK. Just tell me.
4)Give me the quotes of the makers pm for the permission.
5)Dont ask to help in this part!! THAT MEANES DON'T ASK TO HELP HERE!
6)I also advance banner backrounds without any needed credit. :]
How to ask me to advance something:
1)Use one of these!
2)When you get it a different color give me a base color. This dosn't meane it will be based on that color. The origonal colors will be mixed.
3)I can change the brightness and focus of it too.
That's all for this part.
Making the banner!
1)I can't use anything that needs credit. As long as you add it in your sig or in a spoil it's ok.
2) Fallow the basic guidelines!
3)No rushing!
4)No bumping.
5)I can only have 4 helpers make banners.
