I tried and tried to make a banner...but I failed.
I put it up on Misc. Discussion, but the mods say it's not the place. so I found "Tech help" and now I'm posting this. Can anyone please make me a banner(with Plussle and Minun) and a TC(from left and top: Minun, Houndoom, Flygon, Sharpedo, Metagross, Exeggcute's eveolution, with electricity in the background and the male character in the R/S/E versions.). i would be SO THANKFUL IF SOMEONE MADE ME ONE.
