Here you may request banners for your signature.
Rules

•I have exams, be patient, on weekends you will be served faster.

Text Color/Font: Just say the type of font you want Ex: Fancy
Size:
Anything Else:
Jamie's Form:
Color Scheme: The main colors of the banner
Text: Big text.
Subtext: Small text.
Pictures: No link is needed unless you want a specific picture of someone.
Size: I will adjust the size of the banner how I feel it should be unless you want so.
Other: Note anything you want here, I have a short form because I like to mess around with the banner until it looks good.
