First I have a question about it, Baton pass only works on the pokémon you use next and doesnt switch to all pokémon right?

So what would a good baton passer be and who should he move the stats to? I just got my *** kicked by a ursaring with 1500ish attack

no it doesn't...

a good baton passer? all i can think of is huntail with amnesia + iron defense for defense...

lol to the Huntail.

Ninjask is probably the best BPer.
Celebi is a good CM Passer.
Vappy is good at Acid Armour (soz, I was still loling at the ID Huntail) passing (I guess).
Scizor is quite good with Agility and or Swords Dance AND Silver Wind.

They are a few off the top of my head.

probabally ninjask after maxing out it speed and attack with agility/special ability and to maximise attack with swords dance then baton pass to heracross/physical sweeper would be a good idea

Ninjask doesn't need maximum speed; it only needs 400 Speed.

Lord_Snap: You forgot to stick Baton Pass in there. :p

Jolteon is good at passing subs.

Umbreon is good at passing wishes and traps.

Vapoereon is good a passing defense, subs, and wishes.

Ninjask is good at passing subs, attack, and speed.

Celebi is good at passing subs, calm minds, and attack.

Mr.Mime is good at paaing calm mind and subs.
