how did you beat the battle arena i mean wich pokemon did you use and wich att;201-f;

I got really lucky in the battle arena for the silver symbol. My Altaria sweeped through Greta's entire team. Fly took out Heracross in one hit. Altaria had to win in the judges decision to beat umbreon. Aerial Ace killed Shedinja even though Altaria was confused due to umbreon's confuse ray. Here's my Altaria that did it at the time:

Aerial Ace
Flamethrower

If you want to raise an Altaria, I wouldn't suggest the same nature. Don't even use fly. It took me till after the match wuth her to realize how bad fly is. I was indeed lucky that Greta didn't have her Heracross use rock tomb on it. It did make the first move on it, but it used reversal. Hardly did any damage at all.

I used Jolteon, Metagross, and Milotic.

1st match:
- A psychic or flying pokémon for her Heracross.
- Dragonite, Tyranitar or Slaking with BrickBreak for her Umbreon.
- Any pokémons that's faster than Shedinja with Dark, Flying or Fire moves.

2nd match:
- Dragonite, Tyranitar or Slaking with BrickBreak for her Umbreon.
- A fast Psychic pokémon that knows Psychic for her Gengar.
- A flying pokémon, psychic or fire. Psychic works best, for Breloom.

I used metagross @ salac berry (E-quake, meteor mash, Sludge bomb, shadow ball), salamence @ChoiceB (BBreak, E-quake, Aerial ace, return (yes, return...)) and starmie @petaya (T-bolt, Ice beam, Psychic, surf).

in the last battle against tycoon, starmie wasn´t needed, metagross KOed umbreon (with judge choice) and gengar because it used destiny bond.
one simple aerial ace finished with breloom.


look bold.

1st match:
- A psychic or flying pokémon for her Heracross.
- Dragonite, Tyranitar or Slaking with BrickBreak for her Umbreon.
- Any pokémons that's faster than Shedinja with Dark, Flying or Fire moves. one salamence with aerial ace and brick break finish with her in 3 or 5 turns...

2nd match:
- Dragonite, Tyranitar or Slaking with BrickBreak for her Umbreon. why always Dragonite, Ttar or slaking? one STABed BB is always better, so machamp or heracross is awesome against umbreons.
- A fast Psychic pokémon that knows Psychic for her Gengar.
- A flying pokémon, psychic or fire. Psychic works best, for Breloom.brick break and shadowball is the psychical bolt-beam, and it works excelent against her 2 first pokémon again, the aerial ce salamence can KO the last.

you can battle with them everytime if you lost, they will be there in the battle that you can see them, even when you win the gold simbol.

the problem is here (I think) fly and flametrower are bad attacks for him, double edge+rock head is the best attack that you can give for one aerodactyl (even stronger than STAB rock slide) oh, remember just now, we´re speaking about arena, so you can keep fly and switch F-trower with double edge. (holding ChioceB is better!)

ice beam for nidoking isn´t great too, but if you fear salamences you can keep it.

whatever u use, make sure u have a fast flying type for your first battle with Greta. her heracross fainted my first two pokes and all i had left was a tyranitar. (i still won though)

The one pokemon I used that swept greta for the silver was:

Salamence, adamant, holding lum berry
- dragon dance (altaria -> bagon)
- aerial ace (swellow -> swablu/altaria -> bagon)
- brick break
- earthquake

When she sends out heracross, do dragon dance & aerial ace

When she sends out umbreon, do brick break twice for a 2HKO as lum berry should heal from confuse ray.

When she sends out shedinja, do aerial ace, end of story.

Slaking is a fantastic Pokemon but he sucks like a Meganium in the battle Arena.

Actually, I used my Swampert, Mightyena, Swellow. The Swampert does me good.
