for the bf u need one tank, one physical sweeper and one special. I would personally ditch latios as i prefer latias and then get a tank eg milotic weezing skarm etc.

Three Psychics on one team is a bad idea. Latios and Latias are basically the same Pokemon.

I curious what I should use instead of metagross. I really like latios and latias and I would love to keep both of them. Meta on the other hand I don't. what could I use? How would an agron do?

metagross is one of the best physical sweepers in the game. Seriously it is so much better than aggron. Having two almost identical pokes would hardly benefit u

Aggron sucks compared to Gross. 4x Ground/Fighting weakness is a no no. Replace a Lati PLEASE.

Well If want to replace Gross you could do with Salamance

I actually tried salamence but that would mean all my poke's are weak to ice although I love sal and dragonite I didn't think it was a good idea. Although it's against my better judgement I'll try it.
What is a good toxistaller set for latias?

Don't make so many bad decisions.
flamer was wrong to suggest a third Dragon type, so don't do it.

And ToxicStalling is a terrible strategy. Not only do things like Metagross laugh at you, but Toxic actually HELPS things like Ursaring hit you harder.

if you want a good battle forntier team do what ludicolo kid said 1 ATK.sweeper 1 SPEC.sweeper and a tank. dusclops or a bulky water make good tanks, gardevoir or alakazam or gengar are my favourite special sweepers and an attacker, metagross, salamence, hercross, blaziken etc.
