And if you want your team rated, go to the In-game Team Rate forum.
There is battle frontier sticky for info and there is no way we can help your team without knowing it moves, natures, etc.

Certainly don't use movesets like the following:
Charizard @ charcoal, EV: 100 hp/attack/defense/sp.atk/spdef, 10 speed
- fire spin
- fire blast
- overheat
- blast burn

If you need help with your team please post in the RMT section with your Pokemon's Natures, moves, held items, etc. Just showing a bunch of sprites gives us no information to help you.
There's also a BF help sticky if there's something specific you're having trouble with.
