You don't need 2 Special Sponges, get rid of one.

Put in A Physical Sweeper.
Like Heracross, Medicham, Aerodactyl, Amaldo, Metagross etc

If the evs are screwed up, what should i have then?
I was thinking of using snorlax as a curselax, not a choice-bander.
Adamant is not a trait, it's a nature.

You could have a Endurevving one though.

hmmmm... these moves are good but you should get rid of a elem punch on alakazam and put in recover.

Sword dance for Heracross, that can i get. I think i should get rid of thunderpunch for Alakazam. If Blissey is away i can get leftovers for Snorlax, but what item for Heracross? I can't get liechi berry.

Get a Salac Berry off Colosseum.

And Swords Dance you get off either Fire Red/Leaf Green on 7 Isle, or from the battle Frontier.
