Seeing as your team is nearly identical to mine with the exception of the Metagross, it also means Heracross will pose problems, which is the sole reason Psychic is there. IB covers stuff like Salamence and the like. Thunderbolt is an option over Psychic, but then there's no way you'd have a sufficient way to destroy Hera. Metagross can OHKO Heracross but MM can miss, and it requires Choice Band. TB for Gyara

Actually, just CB your Metagross. This is your only way to OHKO other Metagrosses

As long as Lax has 300+ SDef it does not need Careful. Rock Slide on the other options on Metagross please. RS OHKOs Gyarados, which your (and my) team can't really counter.

Muk is the only thing you'd need to EQ that Sky Uppercut+Rock Slide can't handle. Swords Dance>Thunderpunch, Rock Slide>Earthquake. And Overheat and Fire Blast are options over Flamethrower.

Freakshow is right - I use Saladance instead of Metagross in Battle Frontier who's aerial ace makes Heracross an after thought but you'll definitely need a psychic to protect Lax / Meta from nasty fighters - even Machamp could give you problems without it.

last move listed in order of preference. if you want wish support and are using latias, you can use that instead of recover. generally, recover is better for reasons of PP and not having to take 2 hits in between.

for the choice band cant you get it in shoal cave at low tide go there between 5pm and 9pm or 9am and 5pm or sumthin and the cave is north of mosdeep or behind
