HP:Special can go over Pursuit on Houndoom, in my experience there aren't that many switches in the BF, but i may be wrong. Also i prever leftovers Heracross with Swords Dance> Brick Break or Focus Punch. Charm is an option on Vaporeon over Haze/Wish, rest is fine in my opinion. Houndoom could have a bit more HP, needs S. Def as well.

I like Heracross the way it is, I need a CB-er. I don't think Charm is needed. And you're right with Houndoom's EV spread, can you help?

Heh, I guess Facade>Focus Punch......(although I use Focus Punch myself)
I like Sub>Pursuit, only because the AI doesn't switch that much.
Houdoom's EVs are fine
