You shouldn't have Sp.Attacks on a Salamence it make very good use of physical attacks

... that ludi has a problem with grass/poison types (like venusaur). i suggest ice beam over surf.

I don´t like to use legendaries in Frontier, it´s more competitive, and if we use them, it´ll break every fun we can get there, I got every gold symbol without them in nine months, I think I got the symbols in a fair and fun way.
Opponent using legendaries and you don´t, I like that =D shows that you are better trainer than them!

Dragon Claw ( I dun have to fear type ineffectiveness except against a Steel type )
Thunderpunch ( take out one of sceptile weakness , flying pokemon or water pokemon dual poison or flying type ) or Brick Break ( to take out steel Type )

2. Charizard -
Blast Burn ( a fire hyper beam )
Flamethrower
Dragon Claw ( same as Sceptile )
Fly or one fighting type move to deal with it biggest weakness , rock type

3. Steelix -
Crunch
Rockslide
Iron Tail
Earthquake

4. Gyrados -
Hydro Pump
Surf
Facade
Blizzard

5. Dragonite -
Thunderbolt
Outrage
Fly
Hyperbeam

6. Xatu -
Psychic
