Brick Break isn't really needed if you've got EQ and RS. Fire Blast can still hit things like Skarmory pretty hard even with a -Spec. Atk nature from mence's base 110 Spec. Atk. EVs for CBmence are just the plain 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP.

Return over Body Slam on Curselax. If you have another EQ TM replace Shadow Ball with it since it's more likely you're going to run into steel types than a levitating ghost. EVs are something like this: 140 HP / 116 Atk / 92 Def / 160 Spec. Def.

Ludicolo can go as a special sweeper since it could sweep decently.

Trait: Swift Swim

Last move depends on what you want. You need just 88 Spd EVs to reach 198 max speed with perfect speed IVs, which allows it to outrun Jolteon and Aerodactyl after one Rain Dance. Max out Spec. Atk, and dump the rest in HP. Take some EVs out of HP if you don't have a perfect speed IV. EVs are therefore something like this: 252 Spec. Atk / 168 HP / 88 Spd.

Aerodactyl weakness. Heracross can destroy two of your pokemon as well.

Your Snorlax EVs need work:

EVs: 160 HP / 144 Atk / 136 Def / 68 SDef. Careful Nature always.
