Rock Slide
Iron Tail
Double-Edge
Earthquake

with or without Choice Band.

Mightyena could have:

Howl
Return
Shadow Ball
Poison Fang

but why not try Absol instead since it can Swords Dance? Or even better Zangoose.

For the Open Level your pokes need to be level 60-100 and all at the same level.

And Overheat Hothead, you can't have multiple items which are the same in the Frontier, so bring out the Shell Bell and Lum Berry.

Howl Sux on Mightyena because it doesn't have the defences to pull it off.

Yes it can. Try checking the Serebii Pokédex or NetBattle or any other guide that has the correct data.

best moveset for Aggron imo.
Rock Slide (for stab and a better chance of the opponent skipping a turn with t-wave
Thunderwave (yes, it can learn this! For use with Substitute, Focus punch and Rock Slide!)
Substitute (basially for Focus Punch)
Focus punch (to use with Substitute and t-wave|)
