Battle Frontier to return?

Do you think the Battle Frontier is set to make a return in DP? I would love it if the Battle Frontier returned, except with a few more attractions. I think it would be a shame if we find out that after the E4, all we have to keep us occupies is some dusty old Battle Tower. What do you guys think?

CyberCubed

Yeah, ok!
It probably will return, GameFreaks has a habit of bringing back all the main stuff from the previous gen.

They're likely to change all the Brains though, since they change all the Gym leaders/Main characters/Elite 4/Professors, etc. every game.

I liked the Battle Frontier, but I would rather have a new challenge or at least different facilities.

Volteon

Back I guess??
Bigger and harder is always wanted :D

I love frontier, give us headaches everytime =D

Hush, keep it down
Well, I'm not so keen on the Brains changing. They're different from ordinary Gym Leaders---they are the leaders for a facility that the greatest trainers in the *world* are invited to, not limited to one region.

Depending on how much memory it would take up, I would like to see the original Frontier return (it would be off the map of Shinou) and have some new facilities added that are scattered about the region as well. You'd need to win against the E4 to participate at both the Frontier and the new challenges.

One new challenge is already set, in fact. Just add the rule to Trainer Hill that if you finish in a certain time, you battle its leader---who is a sprinter-type character.

Similiar to Lance. He was in the E4 twice, so it is safe to say people come back with returning positions (or baiscally, dispite he was the champion). Not only that, Gym Leaders/E4 are changed because of location, but the BF could just be an island relocated slightly. It doesn't even need to be an island. Maybe it could just be a normal town.

I for one hope that it DOESN'T return. Every time I battle there I can't even make it to the brains. It is nothing but frustration and it does absolutely NOTHING to better the games in any way.

Just like they brought back Night and Day in R/S? D:

I think Battle Frontier was exclusive to Emerald only so it won't be making a come back in D/S. They will probably have a Battle Tower like the one in Crystal.

It's because you don't raise your Pokemon the best way, and probably don't buy the powerups, or don't have a good battle strategy, have a bad moveset, or just don't understand the concept of battling.
And how it betters the game? Cheap Powerups. You don't have to waste 9800 Pokedollars on it.

I, personally, would like to see it return, so you won't get bored after beating 8
weaklings and 4 'elite' people.

I would love for the Battle Frontier to return, but, since it is not yet known how relevant Shinou is to Kanto (Since Kanto is where the Battle Frontier can be found.), and we're not even entirely sure on which direction it is located, it might be impossible to add in the BF.

lolforumz.
It probubly wont be the same hoenn BF, but if the Shinou region was cool, they'd have one! And if they do bring it back, hopefully they'll make it an even number, like 10, cause the odd 7 was annoying IMO, >.>

I opened a thread about this before...

I think it will return, just because of Battle Frontier, Pokemon Emerald was way too much better than Ruby, apphire, FR and LG.

I would love it if the BF returned, but I doubt it will happen in D/P. Game Freak will probably put something like the it, but in the 3rd game (after Diamond and Pearl).
