I wouldn't be that hard if you didn't get haxed like hell all the time. Unfortunately, you do, which does make the Battle Frontier difficult.

I believe someone actually e-mailed Nintendo about that and they said that they did increase the percentages of CHs, Quick Claw, Focus Band, etc. for the opponent.

I often believe the battle frontier was made as a challenge for those that complained the elite 4 got too easy.

No way its not hard, it difficult! There are so many unfair advantages, everyone is haxed at least once or twice.

While I have been too busy trying to train my Pokemon and further improve my Pokedex, I haven't had time to deal with the frontier very much. As a result I have not beaten any of the frontier leaders once. However, I have battled Lucy once, but lost on her last pokemon.

Anyway, due to that one experience, it is certainly hard, and most certainly not easy.

you can counter that by having a shuckle in your team. or another POTENTIAL good pokemon with sturdy.

see the frontier as fighting gander gladstone (sp?). you have to be stronger than badluck.

hax means that the opponent got terrible lucky against you.

in the palace the opponents lapras (got i hate him) got his quick-claw activated six times in a row. the chances are 1 in 10000. to compare finding a shiny ~1 in 8000 finding mirrage island ~ 1 in 6000.

that's hax. and you'll find lots of it.

P.S. i was lucky that his horndrill missed. but mostly when a quick-claw pokemon OPPONENT has a ohko moves it'll hit when it activates.
