Yeah, I think it's safe to say you shouldn't listen to zezrex >_> Agility is excellent on Metagross, but I don't suppose you have the capacity to understand why, zezrex. And even if it weren't a Standard, I wouldn't suggest Brick Break(lol) over Agility ._.

Yeah, T3hPok3m0nz0rz is really going to own the Frontier with his double Ice Punch Kadabra, eh zez?
Again, ignore zezrex, keep Calm Mind, as it's an excellent attack in the Frontier or out of it.

Double-Edge on Medicham is a bad idea, IMO. Way too little Defense to survive having its HP lowered by itself. Fake Out, IMO.

Fake outs good with pure power, max attack and a Cb, and the flinch is a bonus. personnally i think medicham cant afford to keep switching out and in if it uses a fakeout (it only works once but CB 'locks' it). anyway, the suggestted sets are excellent, medicham is a great poke to use, just be careful as it is fragile!

Fake Out is for a quick hit that really does a lot of damage. Your 720 untouched attack really hurts stuff.
