You know whenever you switch out pokemon they can't attack until the next turn? Well maybe in this game you could choose the attack and attack that turn instead of waiting?

Yea, that won't happen because when switching a pokemon that uses up a turn that you had to attack.

No, or then you'll be switching every turn, plus it'll be unfair. No offense, but that idea sucks

That would pretty much defy the entire point of a turn based fighting style...

So no, they definitely wouldn't do it...

No, absoutely not. For one, that was your battle turn, you used it on switching out, and that's it. if they allowed your idea, then it would be pointless for turn-based battles, like [Super_Fjord] said. It just wouldn't work out that way.

It would ruin the metagame, and make all trainers ultra-powerful. Besides, the whole concept of getting "the perfect set-up" would be ruined.

Pokemon that can easily be 1-hit-KO'ed by a certain move would stand a chance. Look:

Trainer1 sent out Salamence!
Trainer2 withdrew Magikarp!
Trainer2 sent out Starmie!
Starmie used Ice Beam!
Salamence fainted!

See the problem there?
