First thing: don't use Mind Reader + Sheer Cold. The AI actually switches in the BF if it sees a Mind Reader coming, so you'd be pretty screwed. ReSTalking Articuno is probably the best to go.

Timid is one of the best natures of Starmie btw. Moveset's fine, but you might like to go with Shell Bell instead of Lum seeing it has the Natural Cure ability.

Lum Berry or one of the pinch berries could go with Dragonite if you're going for subpunching Draggy since they do work well with Substitute. Liechi and Petaya are probably your best options. I prefer Quiet on subpunching Draggy, but Brave is also good.

Physical sweepers with Adamant nature are probably the best. Especially Choice Banders: if you don't get the right move you can just switch out, which suits their hit-and-run nature. You'll still dent a lot of things even if you didn't get a good move.

Sub Punch is bad for the Battle Palace. Your Pokémon will not be smart enough to use Focus Punch only with a Sub up.

Oh damn. I forgot to mention this: anything that requires setting up like subpunching and especially movesets that rely on pinch berries like Reversaling fail miserably in the Palace. Straightforward sweeping sets are the best.

In the Battle Palace, a Pokémon’s nature affects how it will attack at full health and how it will attack when under 50%.
