Battle Pyramid Status Conditions

I'd liek a heads up of the status conditions for each level of the battle pyramid.

I know Floor 1-7 is Paralysis, and I'm pretty sure in 8-14 and 15-21, it's poison and burn (Just not sure in which order), but what comes after that?

I just want to know a head of time who to bring. For example, the poison based one, I'll just lead with my Muk.

Here are the themes for each floor. (from expert evan).

1. paralysis
2 poison
3 burn
4 lowering PP
5 flying pokemon
6 pokemon you cant run from
7 freeze
8 self destruct/explosion/destiny bond pokemon
9 psychic
10 rock
11 fighting
12 weather moves (eg rain dance, sunny day)
13 bug
14 dark
15 water
16 ghost
17 steel
18 dragon
19 pokemon evolved by elemental stones
20 normal

Alright, another Battle Pyramid-related question

How is running away calculated in the Pyramid? It certainly isn't speed; when my Electabuzz has trouble running from Vileplume but not Jolteon. Also, if I just catch a level 3 Pokemon with Run Away or something, and lead with that, would I be able to get away from those matches?
